At Rotation Engineering, we are committed to ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your product, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of new, unused, and uninstalled products in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rotation-engineering.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All components, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders or made-to-order items.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products showing signs of installation, wear, or use.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for returns that do not meet standard return conditions.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges for eligible items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund promptly.
